Welcome to TechVanguard Solution (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Services

TechVanguard Solution provides digital marketing, software, design, consulting, and related professional services as described on our website and in the applicable plan agreement or statement of work. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined by the plan or order you select at checkout and any written agreement we confirm with you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@techvanguardsolution.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders, Billing & Payment

Orders become binding when we confirm them. Fees are due according to the billing cycle and payment method selected at checkout. Prices may change for future renewals; changes do not affect periods already paid unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, materials, feedback, and approvals needed for delivery. Delays caused by missing client input may extend timelines without liability to us.

6. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing materials remain our property. Custom deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in your plan agreement. Until invoices are paid in full, we reserve all rights in unpaid work product.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse our platform or services, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, uploading malware, infringing others’ rights, or using our work for unlawful purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public business information and use it only to perform under these terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, rankings, revenue, or outcomes unless expressly written in your agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechVanguard Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service period will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that service period.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechVanguard Solution and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. You may stop using services subject to any minimum commitment in your plan. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, payment, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
